Fresh ~ Live ~ Milk Kefir Grains
I'm happy to share some of my fresh, live, milk kefir grains with
you. I can send them to you in the mail, or if you're around Contra Costa County

I culture in raw (unpasteurized, un-homogenized) whole cow's milk, but
the grains should do fine in any version of dairy milk (cow or goat,
pasteurized/homogenized, whole or skim).
I've been culturing kefir since 2004 - seems like a long time but
really, I'm a relative new-comer. A very kind lady in Wisconsin
sent me some of her grains, and I was so excited! It's fun, it's
easy, I believe it's healthy - what's not to like?
